Hi, I'm Heather

I am a mom of three, wife to my high school sweetheart, fitness instructor, and a lover of Ironman and marathon events. When I am not busy with my number one job as a mom, my hobby of triathlons and running allows me to clear mind and body in order to achieve a more rewarding life with the people I love.  This has lead to the creation of TRI AND RUN FITNESS.
