I am a mom of three, wife to my high school sweetheart, fitness instructor, and a lover of triathlons and marathons. When I am not busy with my number one job as a mom I also find time to teach music lessons, and love to golf and hike. My hobby of triathlons and running has lead to the creation of TRI AND RUN FITNESS.
